NYMEX S02 Futures and Options Change to Reflect Allowances and Expansion of Listed Contracts on CME Globex ^® – Beginning Monday, June 2, 2008

Subject:                 Change of SO2 Futures and Options Contracts to Reflect Allowances and Expansion of Listed Contracts

Please be advised that beginning Monday June 2, 2008 SO2 futures and options contracts will now be denominated in allowances.  In addition the Exchange will expand its listing of SO2 futures and options contracts.  SO2 futures and options contract months will be expanded to include January 2010 through December 2015.  The futures contract is currently listed on the CME Globex® platform and NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing.  The options contract is available on the NYMEX trading floor and NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing.
